Are
there any eligibility requirements to become a member?
The membership is open to any Individuals, Business People, Academics
& Professionals who are:

A German national or a
national from a German speaking nation.

A Saudi national with a
German business connection or substantial interest in business or
culture with Germany.
|
 |
A national from any other
nation as long as the applicant has a German business connection or
substantial interest in business with Germany.

Can women become members too?
Ladies as well
as men might register as a member, in any case the member's spouse or
husband is
automatically included in the membership.
There is no specific 'Ladies Chapter' in
SGBG as most events are for a mixed attendance, but eventually some
projects - visits organized in the morning etc. - will be declared
'Ladies only'.
What
kind of events does SGBGJ organize and for which audience?
In accordance with its mission of enhancing the understanding between
the Saudi and the German business community, SGBGJ organizes business
encounters, social gatherings, lectures, group travels, exhibitions and
so forth.
